Day to day you will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
