You should have: • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance On a typical shift you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
