Powder coating line operator • Marin County, California

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Marin County, California. Day-to-day duties: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 2+ years on the tools preferred.
