Dough maker wanted in Crockett County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dough maker in Crockett County, Tennessee. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
