Great opportunity: lathe operator (California)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a lathe operator in Yuba County, California. You will be based at an injection moulding unit. On a typical shift you will clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line; carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Six days a week, one day off.
