Join our team: acoustic insulation fitter (Michigan)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Mason County, Michigan. You will be based on flat roofs and terraces. Day to day you will fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Pay around $160 per day, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
