Toolroom milling operator • Essex County, Massachusetts

Great opportunity: we are hiring a toolroom milling operator in Essex County, Massachusetts. The job is in a CNC machining unit. What we are looking for: • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Day to day you will set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $17 per hour plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
