Ideal candidate: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure You will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies.
