Now hiring: we are hiring a commercial painter in Carter County, Tennessee. The job is in a paint and spray workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns • Lay down dust sheets and protect floors and furniture • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Skilled with brush, roller and spray application Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
