Now hiring: we are hiring a packing line operative in Scott County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams • Count units and confirm the correct quantity per carton • Change over film rolls and reset the heat sealer • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Strap and band pallets ready for loading • Shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets Requirements: • Previous experience on a packing or production line • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg 6+ years on the tools preferred.
