Spray painter — Wyandotte County

Join our team: we are hiring a spray painter in Wyandotte County, Kansas. You will be based in a paint and spray workshop. You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Working-at-height / PASMA scaffold ticket an advantage • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish Day-to-day duties: • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Apply primer, undercoat and two topcoats with brush and roller • Measure up and work out paint and material quantities • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $19 per hour, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
