Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Henrico County, Virginia. You will be based in a catering unit. The role involves load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Six days a week, one day off. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
