Ideal candidate: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness You will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); check back during the meal and handle special requests; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
