Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrical technician in Carson City, Nevada. You will work in a power distribution substation. On a typical shift you will fault-find on motor starters and star-delta panels; carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars; isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working; wire single-phase and three-phase distribution boards; measure voltage, current and load with a multimeter and clamp meter. Ideal candidate: • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
