Safety inspector • Winona County, Minnesota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a safety inspector in Winona County, Minnesota. The role involves stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements; investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height. What we are looking for: • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
