Now hiring: we are hiring a steward in Cumberland County, Tennessee. On the job you will handle: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift You should have: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
