Urgent requirement: we are hiring a painter and decorator in Mercer County, Kentucky. You will work at a property maintenance company. The role involves carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; sand and fill walls before applying primer; apply textured and weatherproof masonry coatings to exterior walls. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • A good eye for clean lines and an even finish • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
