Join our team: we are hiring a confectioner in Steele County, North Dakota. You will be based at a busy bakery. On a typical shift you will rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
