Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Becker County, Minnesota. The job is at a busy fabrication workshop. Day to day you will clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
