Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Stone County, Mississippi. You will work on an industrial construction site. On a typical shift you will clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters. Requirements: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
