The role involves pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; clean condenser and evaporator coils; charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight; service split AC units and VRF systems; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter. Requirements: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Rotating shifts.
