Steward wanted in Allegany County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Allegany County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Requirements: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Rotating shifts.
