Vacancy available: we are hiring a lift technician in Napa County, California. Your main tasks: • Service the traction motor, brake and gearbox • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway You should have: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
