We are recruiting: we are hiring a mechanical press operator in Merrimack County, New Hampshire. The job is in a metal fabrication workshop. The role involves set up and change stamping dies and tooling; record output and downtime on the production sheet; carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor; apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts; top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways. Ideal candidate: • Able to read engineering drawings and job cards • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
