Join our team: we are hiring a press operator in Fannin County, Georgia. The role involves: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Deburr and stack finished components for the next operation • Clear scrap and offcuts from the die area • Set up and change stamping dies and tooling • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout 4+ years on the tools preferred.
