Milling machinist — Delaware County

Now hiring: we are hiring a milling machinist in Delaware County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
