You should have: • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota On a typical shift you will top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; service the traction motor, brake and gearbox; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy.
