Great opportunity: we are hiring a confectioner in Moffat County, Colorado. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to work early-morning and night shifts The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand.
