Immediate opening: we are hiring a baker in Perry County, Kentucky. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On the job you will handle: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Score the top of loaves before baking • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter Full-time, day shift.
