Site labourer wanted in New Hanover County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a site labourer in New Hanover County, North Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker The role involves mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site. 4+ years on the tools preferred. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
