Now hiring: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Reno County, Kansas. You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection The role involves: • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
