Now hiring: we are hiring a chiller technician in Metropolitan Borough of Wirral, England. Day-to-day duties: • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Recover refrigerant gas before opening a sealed system • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Service split AC units and VRF systems Requirements: • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Valid driving licence for field call-outs At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. £15 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
