CO2 welder wanted in Shetland Islands

Now hiring: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Shetland Islands, Scotland. The job is at a busy production line. Day to day you will weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Willing to work shifts and overtime Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
