Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in Lancashire, England. The job is on a busy construction site. You should have: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Understanding of safe digging near underground services On a typical shift you will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. £2,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
