Ideal candidate: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying.
