You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
