Requirements: • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop The role involves mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer. $5,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
