Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Hillsborough County, New Hampshire. Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies On a typical shift you will chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes.
