Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Kittson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Kittson County, Minnesota. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
