Great opportunity: we are hiring a grill cook in Desha County, Arkansas. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure On the job you will handle: • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Pay around $28 per hour, based on your experience.
