The role involves: • Nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits Ideal candidate: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • A good head for heights and steady balance • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel Performance bonus on top of base pay.
