Scaffold fitter • Bay County, Michigan

Now hiring: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Bay County, Michigan. You will work at a high-rise building site. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely Ideal candidate: • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice • Able to read basic scaffold drawings Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
