Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Anderson County, Kansas. The job is in a hospital canteen. The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
