Great opportunity: garment presser (Scotland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a garment presser in Renfrewshire, Scotland. You will work at a garment factory. You will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
