Groundsman wanted in Christian County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a groundsman in Christian County, Illinois. The job is at a landscaping company. What we are looking for: • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors On a typical shift you will repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe.
