Powder coating sprayer — Brown County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating sprayer in Brown County, Indiana. Day-to-day duties: • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Part-time with flexible hours.
