Immediate opening: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Adair County, Missouri. You will be based at a steel fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances On a typical shift you will change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
