Vacancy available: waterproofing applicator (Maryland)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Wicomico County, Maryland. On a typical shift you will erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. Ideal candidate: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day Rotating shifts. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
