Waiter — Causeway Coast and Glens

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waiter in Causeway Coast and Glens, Northern Ireland. You will be based in a five-star hotel. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness The role involves restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; clear and reset tables between covers; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
