VMC operator wanted in Northampton County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a VMC operator in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. Day to day you will set tool offsets and the work zero (G54) using an edge finder or probe; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance. You should have: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
